Quoting Rules

  1. Catalog match only. Quote your closest existing catalog match to each SKU. Custom design not required at this stage. We can discuss certifications, references, and HOURP scope once we see initial pricing.
  2. Pricing format. Unit prices in USD. FOB China (your normal export port) and DDP Houston. Pricing valid 30 days minimum. Quantities subject to ± 25 percent adjustment post-PIP walk.
  3. Marriott design approval status required per SKU. Priority to vendors whose items are already listed in Marriott's Approved Supplier File for SpringHill Suites Panorama Gen 4.5. Use one of: Pre-approved (ref #), Submitted, awaiting, Requires new submission, or Unknown.
